Every order ships within 24 business hours after payment is validated.

Shipping zones

We ship to the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus, Monaco, Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom. For Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.

Delivery times

Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days across Europe.

Shipping costs

Free shipping over €49. Below that threshold, a flat €4.90 contribution applies.

Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days from receipt to return an unused product.

Return costs

Return shipping is free.

Refund

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the payment method used for the order.

Governing law

These shipping and returns terms are governed by Romanian law, in particular Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the buyer's country of residence. Our 30-day return window extends the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bucharest.
