1. Company

flask-yard.com is operated by LUMINOVA XIN S.R.L., a Romanian limited liability company with a share capital of RON 200, registered with the Bucharest Trade Register under number J2025095826003 (tax ID 53076719, EUID ROONRC.J2025095826003), with its registered office at Str. 2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros, taxes included. Flaskyard may change prices at any time; orders are billed at the rate in force at the time of purchase.

3. Orders

Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms. A confirmation email summarises your order once payment is validated.

4. Payment

Payment is made online by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal or Apple Pay through a secure, encrypted connection. We store no banking data.

5. Shipping

Ships within 24 business hours. Delivery in 2–4 business days to the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus, Monaco, Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom. Free over €49, otherwise €4.90. For Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.

6. Withdrawal and returns

You have 30 days to return an unused product. Return shipping is free. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

7. Warranty

Our insulated bottles carry a lifetime warranty on insulation. It does not cover normal cosmetic wear or damage from misuse.

8. Liability

Flaskyard cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products. Images are non-contractual.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bucharest, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the buyer's country of residence.
